Why a Fragrance Free building?

Due to the sensitivities of others, we ask that you refrain from the following before & during your visit:
* Smoking
* Applying Perfumes and/or Colognes
* Applying Essential Oils, Body Lotions, Hair Products with high fragrances, etc.
*We hold the right to refuse entry if we notice any strong scents including smoking, essential oils, perfumes/colognes, any hair products, and scented lotions.

Do I need an appointment?

No appointment is required for our "Touch-less" Services which include:
4D Massage Chairs
Vitality Booth (HaloRed)
Infrared Sauna (Halo IR)
Salt Cave

Walk in wellness is what we are all about!   Your terms, when you have a moment to breathe.

Each of these services may be booked by other clients, but you are welcome to wait.

All services requiring a practitioner must be booked in advance. For example our RMT's, Esthetician and Fascia Stretch Practitioner.

Workshops allow for limited amounts so please book ahead

Can I add services when I am there?

Absolutely.  If the service is available, please let us know you would like the additional service. We are happy to help in any way.

Do you have Multiple Purchase Packages?

Yes we do have packages available.

We understand sometimes we just need a little extra boost instead of becoming a member.
Speak to the front desk if you would like to purchase one.
Purchase 5 of the same service and receive a 15% discount.
Purchase 10 of the same service and receive a 20% discount.

What do I wear?

Dress comfortably for the Salt Cave and & 4D Massage Chairs
HaloIR ( Infrared Sauna) we recommend a bathing suit or shorts  & t shirt.
Vitality Booth (Red Light) as this is a private room, you may dress however you feel most comfortable

Where is this Salt Cave?

Let It Be Halotherapy is in Morriston, Ontario Canada. 
Morriston is located just 1 minute off the 401 at 6 South (exit 299) which is a Guelph or Hamilton exit from the 401.
Head the direction that takes you towards Hamilton and we are at the ONLY intersection with a traffic light.
Hard to believe 25,000 cars drive  passed the most beautiful salt cave in Ontario with Geodes & Crystals.
