All services requiring a practitioner must be booked in advance. For example our RMT's, Esthetician and Fascia Stretch Practitioner. Workshops allow for limited amounts so please book ahead

Yes, we have our WINTER only 6 month Salt Cave membership available starting October 1. This allow you to have access during regular business hours to our Salt Cave once per day throughout the 6 months. It can be purchased any time after Oct 1 and will last for 6 months @ only $99.00/month (includes HST). This membership also includes a discount on Esthetician Services. We also offer memberships for the Vitality Booth & Sauna at $189.00/month, Cold Plunge $129.00/month and Contrast Therapy (Sauna/Cold) for $229.00/month. These are 12 month memberships payable once per month or in advance with additional 10% off. This membership also includes a discount on Esthetician Services and the other services!

Dress comfortably for the Salt Cave and & 4D Massage Chairs HaloIR ( Infrared Sauna) we recommend a bathing suit, shorts Vitality Booth (Red Light) as this is a private room, you may dress however you feel most comfortable
